David Thompson

David Thompson wrote for a wide variety of popular magazines, newspapers, trade publications and websites, including The San Francisco ChronicleMSNBC.com and Concrete Decor: The Journal of Decorative Concrete. His first freelance story for HONOLULU, a profile called “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” won a 2004 Excellence in Journalism Award from the Hawai‘i chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. Thompson was HONOLULU’s senior editor from 2012—2014.
