Behind-the-scenes: Vintage Cave collaboration dinner
Over the weekend, chef Chris Kajioka welcomed two phenomenal chefs for a collaboration dinner at Vintage Cave. “Next Food Network Star” season 9 finalist Viet Pham of Forage Restaurant in Salt Lake City, and San Francisco’s Belinda Leong, pastry chef at b. Patisserie, teamed up with Kajioka to put together an amazing 16-course fall menu featuring apples, pears, squash and more.
As fun as it is to dine at an upscale eatery like Vintage Cave, the real foodie experience is witnessing the creation of a meal like that in the kitchen.
