What’s New at the 2026 Made in Hawai‘i Festival
(Partner Content) New days, hours, expansions and priority pass options.
The Made in Hawai‘i Festival returns August 20–23 at the Hawai‘i Convention Center; this year is all about expansion, access and new experiences.
The biggest addition is the 3rd floor expansion, introducing 100+ brand new vendors, along with entertainment, food & drink and more seating upstairs. With more than 800 vendor booths and over 300,000 square feet of shopping, attendees will have even more to explore, including highlighting businesses that are Made in Hawai‘i, Designed in Hawai‘i, Neighbor Island-based, Native-Hawaiian-owned and Wahine-owned.
A new line configuration will run from Kalākaua Avenue along the Ala Wai Promenade to improve flow and wait times with additional entrances. Any Kupuna, or folks with mobility and accessibility issues, can get dropped off at the Kupuna & Accessibility Area to wait for their party or for guidance directly into the event.
Saturday and Sunday the festival is also offering off-site paid parking lot options at Kaimuki High School and Stan Sheriff Center with paid shuttle service for $6 which will offer added convenience, and Priority Pass expedited entry entrance.
New extended hours bring even more flexibility: Thursday and Friday evenings (6:30–10 p.m.) now feature a VIP Preview Night with early shopping access and exclusive deals, while weekend hours have been expanded to maximize time at the festival. Sundays are also a great way to maximize your festival shopping with last day sales, deals and other special offerings.
Beyond the festivities, the event remains rooted in community. Donations will support Hawaiʻi Foodbank and The Food Basket, with Servco contributing matching funds up to $10,000.
With new features focused on accessibility, expansion and discovery, this year’s festival offers more ways than ever to experience Made in Hawai‘i. Visit madeinhawaiifestival.com.
