After a week of slurping, snapping, and voting, we’re thrilled to announce that Onoya Ramen is the Champion of Ramen 2025!
Their winning dish? The luxurious and umami-packed Truffle Wagyu Paitan Ramen—a rich, silky broth paired with tender wagyu beef and topped with truffle. It wowed voters with its depth of flavor and indulgent ingredients.
Now with two locations, Onoya Ramen serves its craveable bowls at 611 Kapahulu Avenue and 1785 South King St. Known for their cozy vibes and top-quality ingredients, Onoya is a must-visit for ramen lovers.
It was a close race, and Chef Chai’s Tomyum Ramen came in as a strong second place.
