Dylan Lauren's Pop Rocks cocktail recipe

Luxury Sweet

Dylan's Candy Bar at Neiman Marcus

Editor's note: Today's Lei Chic highlights Dylan Lauren's appearance at Neiman Marcus. Scroll to the bottom for more Saturday Weekend Picks.

Dylan Lauren. Founder and CEO of candy empire Dylan's Candy Bar. Also, daughter of world-renowned fashion designer Ralph Lauren. Also, drop dead gorgeous.

Ugh. We would totally hate her if she wasn't so darn nice. Nice enough to meet shoppers at Neiman Marcus to celebrate her newly expanded Dylan's Candy Bar section, which now carries (inedible) super cute stationery, tech accessories, and dog leashes in addition to mouthwatering sweets like Peanut Butter Poppers and Candy Bark. Nice enough to sign copies of her book, Unwrap Your Sweet Life, and offer up free chocolate samples while supplies last.

If that wasn't enough, she also shared a delicious cocktail recipe using her favorite ingredient: candy.

How sweet of her.

Pop Rocks Explosion candy cocktail Pop Rocks Explosion

1 ½ oz. citrus vodka
1 oz. Midori
Apple Cotton Candy simple syrup
