KCC Farmers Market
Saturdays, 7:30 to 11 a.m.
Big Island abalone, grown by Kowa Premium Foods in Kona, is served fresh, cooked and hibachi-style.
Mililani Farmers Market
Sundays, 8 to 11 a.m.
The family that ran Shinsato Farm in Waimānalo now serves pork dishes, plate lunches and fresh local pork (raw) in one-pound packages. All the pork is from 2 Lady Farmers in Wai‘anae.
KCC Night Market
Tuesdays, 4 to 7 p.m.
Vida Farms, a relatively new quarter-acre farm in Waimānalo, sells local produce—kale, beans, radishes, arugula—flowers and fire-roasted pizzas using veggies from the farm.
Honolulu Farmers Market
Wednesdays, 4 to 7 p.m.
Get locally raised, pastured, ready-to-cook island chicken from J. Ludovico Farm on the North Shore. It also sells Thai ginger, bananas and honey.
Kailua Farmers Market
Thursdays, 5 to 7:30 p.m.
New to the market, ‘Ai Manuahi Farm in Kahalu‘u serves hand-pounded pa‘i‘ai, kalo patties and fried pa‘i‘ai.
