First, farm-fresh food took center plate. Now, drinks—home-brewed, concocted and coaxed from the farm, beehive, vineyard or field—crisscross our Island state. Craft beers include spices and fruits, a Maui winery creates increasingly complex wines, rum is distilled from native cane to glass bottles before our eyes. Cheers to drinking local!
