Chef Padovani first paired his ganache-filled creations, ranging from matcha green tea to caramelized apple banana, at a special sake and chocolate pairing at The Sake Shop in October. The new, limited edition confection features the same velvety European-style chocolates the Padovani brothers are known for and matches it with rich, sake-infused ganache. The result is a luxuriously smooth, sophisticated treat that makes for the perfect gift or an indulgent sweet for yourself.

Sample it for the first time at a special tasting next Sunday, December 16 at The Sake Shop, 2 – 5 p.m. A limited number of pre-packed sake ganache chocolate boxes and signature ganache chocolate boxes will be available for sale at the event.
