Tango Contemporary Cafe will feature an "It’s Spring" themed Third Tuesday at Tango wine dinner on Tuesday, March 16th.
The popular wine dinner offers a chance to taste chef Goran Streng’s award-winning cuisine in a wine dinner format with specific beverage pairings to each course.

Here’s a look at the "It’s Spring" menu:
First course
Mediterranean Sea Bass Escabeche
Paired with Ruffino , Orvieto Classico 2008 (Orvieto , Italy )
Second course
Braised Lamb Shank with Garlic and Rosemary served with Root Vegetables
Paired with Hogue "Genesis" Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 (Columbia Valley, Washington State )
Third course
Baked Brie in Filo Pastry
Paired with Red Guitar, Garnacha Rose 2007 (Navarra, Spain )
Fourth course
Crepes Suzette with Organic Mayer Lemon Sorbet
Paired with “Tango” Irish Coffee
The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and is offered for $42.00 (plus tax and gratuity).
