What: There are just two days left to take advantage of more than 80 prix fixe special menus and discounts at favorite Hawaii eateries. The deals for Restaurant Week range from $10 for a german-inspired plate lunch at Hank's Haute Dogs to $50 for a four-course dinner of New York steak or opah topped off with mango cobbler at d.k. Steak House.
