The Pow Wow Factor
What: Stock up on snacks, slide in your best walking shoes, and trek around town to check out the newest art popping up on walls all over Kakaako for Pow Wow Hawaii. Start at the now seriously cool stretch between Office Max and the Jaguar dealership and when you can finally tear yourself away, wander down Cooke Street for more eye-popping murals by more than 30 artists. Tonight amp up your inspiration at the opening of the Day Job? photo exhibition, the Arkitip pop-up store, art exhibit and party at Loft in Space and the Fresh Café followed, of course, by a blow out after party.
When: The party is 6 – 10 p.m. The after party starts at 10:30 p.m. at Nextdoor, 43 N. Hotel St.
Where: Check the map of murals online. Fresh Café is at 831 Queen St.
Details: See the entire list of events and more on Pow Wow Hawaii’s website.

Where: Consolidated Theatres, Kahala.
