What: Legends in Concert Waikiki's "Rock-a-Hula" lineup is about to be all shook up. Starting Tuesday, two new tribute artists – Madonna and Steven Tyler (we're told he even makes his own costumes) – take the stage while Elton John and Lady Gaga conclude their appearances at the end of the month.
