What: Now in its third year, the downtown Halloween block party, Hallowbaloo, is promising to be as epic as ever. With five outdoor stages, fifteen-plus bands performing, food and beverage booths, a mechanical bull and one cover fee for access to eight club, this is a don’t-miss event.
