Rise and Stretch
You give: An hour or so when you’d normally be sleeping in.
Where: Lanikai Beach, Mokumanu Street access, Saturday at 6:30 a.m.
You get: A sunrise vinyasa flow yoga session with Leah Distad, owner of Kailua’s Koa Yoga, plus a homemade breakfast – Distad offers coffee, tea and fruit plus something she’s baked herself, such as bagels or zucchini or banana breads, as well as fresh fruit, granola and yogurt.

You give: Your old clothes – both yours and your kids’
Where: Ward Center ’s Red Pineapple, right now through April 21
You get: With your donation, receive 10 percent off of anything in the store (not a huge discount, we know, but Red Pineapple never has sales).
Why: Kids’ clothes are going to an orphanage in Africa that one of the store’s employees works with; Red Pineapple will sort and distribute the rest to give to local agencies such as PATH, Domestic Violence Action Center , The Red Cross and Dress For Success.
