What: There is no reason to be board when you can paddle into 22 great films. The Honolulu Surf Film Festival launches tomorrow with free beer, music and the Hawaii premiere of Innersection, a series of vignettes put together by more than 13 pro surfers. Slide in Saturday afternoon for the tale of two Aussies Surfing 50 States or catch the evening showing of Leave a Message, the stories of six women surfers (four from Hawaii) who changed the face of the sport.
When: Tomorrow through July 31.

Fetch a Sketch
What: She started with tattoos but Kandi Everett's art couldn't be contained to just needle and ink. Her new one-woman show features 165 striking sketches, each completed in three minutes or less, that capture the spirit of each of her nude models.
