Bourbon on Beretania
What: The Honolulu Art Academy is transformed into New Orleans with Cajun food, jazz music and decorative Spanish moss for Showcase 2008, the fundraiser benefitting the Academy's youth education programs. The restaurant lineup includes Buzz's Steakhouse, 12th Avenue Grill, and a rare appearance by Cajun chef Kevin Tate , formerly of Kevin's Two Boots, Heaven on Earth Spa Cafe and now a KCC culinary instructor.
When: Sunday, 6 to 9 p.m.

On Cloud Wine
What: Five-course dinner with wine pairings by Justin Vineyards. Appetizer, salad, entree, cheese course and dessert all come with a specially chosen, appropriate glass of vino (yes, that means five glasses of wine by the end of the meal).

Where: Morton's Steakhouse, Ala Moana Center

What: Hundreds of locally-made gourmet food products, jewelry, and decorative arts and crafts are all together in one massive shopping venue at the Made in Hawaii Festival.
