Each chef will highlight ingredients from local farmers, like Alan Wong with his Maui Cattle Company strip loin, Twin Bridge Farms asparagus and Bearnaise sauce. If that isn’t tantalizing enough, each dish will paired with a special cocktail. All proceeds go to Aina in Schools and the Hawaii Foodbank to help prevent childhood hunger.
