Watch: Hale‘iwa’s Thunderstorm Artis Wins His Battle Round This Week on “The Voice”

Stay tuned to see the favorite of Season 18’s Team Legend in the knockout round, which begins April 13.

For many in Hawai‘i, Thunderstorm Artis’ appearance on The Voice wasn’t the first time they’ve seen him perform. He and his musical family—including father Ron Artis, who passed away in 2010, and brother Ron Artis II—have been playing in the Islands for years, including at the first Hallowbaloo in 2008 when he was 12 years old.

Artis stepped into the national spotlight when he earned a four-chair turn in the blind auditions earlier this season on The Voice. And this week, he came out on top of his Team Legend battle against Cedrice when they went head-to-head singing “Stay” by Rihanna and Mikky Eko.

Watch the performance above (and his audition, below) and stay tuned to see him compete in the knockout round, which begins Monday, April 13, on NBC. Those with a Hulu subscription can stream the current season right now.
