Seasonal Sales & Specials
After giving thanks, get ready to shop ‘til you drop during some of the biggest shopping days of the year. On Friday, Nov. 26, you can get a jumpstart on your holiday by checking out the variety of Black Friday sales happening at participating retailers. Small Business Saturday, Nov. 27, is an especially great time to show your support for small businesses throughout the neighborhood. On Stocking Stuffer Saturdays and Sundays, from Dec. 4 through Dec. 19, look for extra-large stockings in the window of participating retailers. When you spot one, it means that the store is stocked with stocking-sized gifts that are perfect to gift, covet or keep all to yourself.
Eat, Drink & Be Merry
A variety of eateries at Ward Village offer outdoor dining, so take a break from your shopping spree to revel in the islands’ signature trade winds as you enjoy a delicious dish or seasonal beverage alfresco. Or opt to take advantage of the grab-and-go options, delivery services and 15-minute parking stalls—these time-saving services let you focus on what (and who) you love most. Holidays in Hawaiʻi may not be white, but they sure are wonderful.
Make New Traditions
Starting Nov. 26, take a stroll to enjoy the festive lights along Auahi Street before or after shopping and dining in the neighborhood. During the first three weekends in December, you can also appreciate the time-honored tradition of caroling. From 3–5pm, a talented group of performers will sing festive songs and spread good cheer throughout South Shore Market, Ward Centre, Kamake‘e Corridor and Ward Entertainment Center.
Fun Photo Opportunities
From now until the end of the year, you and loved ones (and even pets!) can delight in seasonally themed photo shoots. Get camera ready and pop by the festive backdrops set up daily at South Shore Market, Sundays through Fridays at Ward Centre and on Saturdays at Victoria Ward Park.
Support Local Keiki
‘Tis the season to give back, so don’t forget to donate an unused, unwrapped toy at our Toys for Tots bins located at South Shore Market and Ward Centre by Dec. 15. You’ll find comfort and joy knowing that each donation directly impacts local keiki.
