First it was velvet chokers, then micro specs and scrunchies. Step by step, ’90s accessories have been making a comeback. Now, Summer 2019 has resurrected the crowning achievement of ’90s headwear, the bucket hat, freshened up with playful stripes, unexpected textures and tropi-cool Diamond Head prints. Frankly, all of the decade’s other toppers pail—err, pale—in comparison.
