It’s not the first time Trump supporters took to Twitter to slam our Island state. Negative Yelp comments swamped Cafe 8 1/2’s page after the restaurant posted a sign shunning Trump supporters.
Since Hawai‘i voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton, Trump has not visited the state and earlier announced he’d be spending time in all the states that voted for him. After so many visits from Hawai‘i-born former President Barack Obama, Trump seems unlikely to drop in anytime soon.
