In fact, browsing the racks for finds has become something of an obsession. After all, nothing quite beats the high of unearthing that practically mint condition Marc Jacobs satchel, BCBG party frock or pair of vintage Chanel earrings. Except for the moment you flip over its tag, of course, and find its rock bottom price.
The only bad thing about your shopping experience? Creeping along Waialae in your car, peering at the lines of shops for that tiny sign that you just knew was around there somewhere, and then hoping not to miss the turn into the cramped little parking lot.
Well, scratch that last memory from the experience. The boutique’s location has been up-graded. Pzazz has risen, literally, to a new space on the parking-friendly rooftop of Kahala Mall.
Open the door to Caesar’s Cleaners, and you’ll find a portion of the space transformed into the consignment store you’ve come to love. Mother-daughter duo Blyss Santiago and Gladys Higa still stand behind the counter, offering fashion advice and appraising your closet cast-offs with the same careful eye.
Visit the shop for its grand opening on Saturday, July 31, and enjoy pupu and refreshments. You’ll want to get there early, because Pzazz is giving away a limited number of homemade lollipops with a coupon for $10 off your next purchase of $35 or more.
