Thursday, April 7 – I AM OK

A huge aftershock measuring more than 7.0 on the Richter Scale rocks Sendai.

Eerily, four weeks to the day that a killer quake and tsunami ravaged Tohoku, I received the following text and picture from Yasue:

I AM OK! PS&S Crew is still here. It was a big aftershock.

Here we go again. Just as life was nearing normal in Sendai City, a massive quake rattles everything and everyone.

The quake struck about 11:30 p.m. Thursday night in Sendai. It broke a bunch of stuff in Yasue’s house and knocked out the natural gas that was just turned on a couple of days ago.

Fortunately, nobody was hurt in Yasue’s house.
