The Pinnacle Honolulu is a hot address thanks to its convenient downtown location and stunning city, mountain and ocean views.

Several luxury condominiums in The Pinnacle Honolulu will be open this weekend, a boon for anyone thinking of buying in the building. The Pinnacle, which was built in 2008, is an in-demand address largely because of its downtown location and unique design. There are 36 floors with no more than two private residences per floor for a maximum of 50 residences. With the exception of the expansive two, two-story penthouses, units range between 1,545 square feet for a half floor to just over 3,000 square feet for an entire floor. Another unique feature is the biometrically keyed elevators that open directly into private foyers in each residence.

Each condo sports 10-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens and city, mountain and ocean views, and comes with four parking stalls and secured storage. The secure building offers a bevy of amenities, including a swimming pool and hot tub, exercise room, meeting rooms, a spa treatment room and billiards room. Association fees can cost between approximately $1,900 and $3,083 per month.

Here’s an overview of the units that are open this Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m.:

One of two penthouse residences, this nearly 4,000-square-foot mansion in the sky is the ultimate in luxury, with designer furnishings, a high-tech media room and “formal dining wine galley.” The two bedroom, three-and-a-half bath penthouse has harbor, ocean, mountain and city views. Asking price: $18.5 million.

A "mini penthouse," this 34th-floor single-level unit is fully furnished, and has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. Other highlights: a“state-of-the-art media family room” and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Asking price: $4.5 million.

Unit 29 has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with city, mountain and ocean views. Asking price: $2,695,000.

Unit 30 is another full-floor condo and is partially furnished. The condo has city, mountain and ocean views, is tastefully decorated and has plenty of natural light. Asking price: $2,595,000.

With two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, unit 22 occupies a full floor and has the requisite city, mountain and ocean views. Asking price: $1,675,000.
