Tango Contemporary Cafe will host its next Third Tuesday at Tango wine dinner on Tuesday, July 21st at 6:30 p.m. Chef Goran will be putting together a special 3-course menu which will be paired with various wines.

Here’s a look at the special menu:
First course
"Shellfish Trio”
- Oyster and Foie Gras in Savoy Cabbage and a Balsamic Reduction
- Maine Lobster Beggars Purse
- Dill Battered Shrimp Tempura
Paired with Prosecco Zardetto, Italy or Blackstone Sonoma Reserve Chardonnay 2007
Second course
Papillote of Snapper with confit onion, fresh seaweed herb sauce and pommes parisienne
Paired with Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc “Icon” 2008
Third course
Cherries Jubilee with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Paired with Inniskillin Ice Wine
