Calling all Thin Mints fans, this new dessert will make your day.

 

Artizen by MW (and MW Restaurant) chef and owner Michelle Karr-Ueoka transformed the popular Girl Scouts cookie into yummy Thin-Mints-infused ice cream sandwiched between slices of fluffy buttermilk chocolate cake.

The award-winning pastry chef grew up eating the nostalgic treat and that’s what inspired her to create the new dessert. A dollar from each sale will be donated to the Girl Scouts of Hawai‘i.
