The Steven Tyler Act (Walk This Way Edition)
The Hawaii state Legislature was apparently overcome by sweet emotion and is back in the saddle proposing crazy new bills. Like the Steven Tyler Act, which seeks to make paparazzi liable for damages if they snap pics of celebrities enjoying, say, love in an elevator, while vacationing in the Islands. Sen. Kalani English, who introduced the bill, may be livin' on the edge, legislatively, but does this bill make a lick of sense? Dream on. But what do we know? We're just jaded.
