I'm a big fan of Pinnacle Honolulu, an luxury condominium building at the top of the downtown business district.
Last week, Jacob Coash of Sachi Hawaii alerted me to a new listing at the Pinnacle, which they’re calling, “Manhattan-style Opulence in Paradise.”
The spacious unit spans the entire 24th floor, offering 2,857 square feet of living space, with two lanais measuring 216 square feet. That’s larger than many single-family homes, Coash points out.
“To have something comparable, you would need to buy two units, combine them and do a total renovation, knocking down walls, etcetera, to duplicate the spacious, open floor plan,” he says.
The gorgeous unit has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the natural light—and to look out over the downtown Honolulu skyline to Diamond Head, the ocean and the Koolau mountains.
The open floorplan features two extra-large bedrooms and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and Viking appliances.
Meanwhile, the building itself has amenities like a 24-hour concierge, a billiards room, a club house, a hot tub and pool. The Pinnacle Honolulu is highly exclusive, so open houses aren’t offered. Call Sachi Hawaii to schedule a showing.
