The Missed List – May

The days are getting longer. Your attention span at work is definitely getting shorter.

It’s a case of full-blown spring fever, so you’re not feeling so hot about those tedious office tasks like rifling through your ever exploding e-mail inbox.

Never fear. To make sure you didn't miss out on any of our new must haves, here is a roundup of favorite finds from May.

Let Them Eat Cupcakes shop

Since we introduced you to Let Them Eat Cupcakes, former Honolulu Advertiser workers Kawehi Haug and Nick Gervais have been extremely busy – selling out. The delish cupcakes and mouthwatering buttercream frostings go so quickly that Haug and Gervais have had to close early almost every day in their first month. Here’s a tip: check the daily flavors on the just launched website, then call 808.531.CAKES and preorder your favorites. The cupcakes most likely to run out first are red velvet, chocolate mint, lilikoi and snickerdoodle.
