Tune in for the season premiere of this local cooking show, hosted by comedian and part owner of Aloha Plate—the winner of 2013’s The Great Food Truck Race—Lanai Tabura. Kailua Dash and Splash Biathlon

Besides the regular and keiki runs and swims, a new course has been added this year: a 5K walk/run down Kailua Beach. Learn historical facts about the bay and its islands from Kailua residents along the way. Online registration ends on April 17, so sign up before the late fees kick in. Make your way to the “I Love Kailua” Town Party afterward, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Kailua Road.

Marquee Mystery: The House Without a Key

Who killed Minerva Winterslip? Why? With what? This live version of Clue, which doubles as a gala fundraiser for the Hawai‘i Theatre, will challenge your sleuthing skills à la Charlie Chan.
