The 25 Most Expensive Oahu Condo Sales of 2010
Yesterday, I highlighted Oahu’s 25 most expensive single-family home re-sales of 2010. Today, we’re going to take a look at last year’s top condominium sales, which peaked at $4.75 million. Again, this list looks only at sales that were recorded in the Multiple Listing Service and does include private sales. But, first, a bit of info on the top three transactions.
The biggest condo sale, at $4.75 million, was a penthouse unit with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in Hokua Tower that was listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties last January. The second biggest sale was a $3.9 million condo in the 3019 Kalakaua building near Diamond Head on the Gold Coast. Condos in this building, which only has one unit per floor with elevators opening directly inside to the apartments, don’t often come up for sale. It was listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Rounding out the top three was a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath unit at Trump Tower in Waikiki. Listed in January by Starts International HI, the condo sold in June for $3,696,900.
