Poke Stop’s Limu Poke
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh ahi
2 oz minced seaweed
2 oz diced yellow onions
1 oz sliced green onions
1 teaspoon inamona (roasted kukui nut paste)
Pinch of Hawaiian salt
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Directions:
Dice the ahi into bite-sized cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir thoroughly and enjoy!
