Something to Bark About
The day was packed with the usual activities.
6:15 a.m. – Garbage truck wakes you up. Run downstairs to protest loudly.
10:43 a.m. – Curl up for a nap.
1:30 – Zone out, mesmerized by a flock of birds outside.
4:07 p.m. – A drink and a few laps around the kitchen followed by a 15-minute grooming session.
By 5 p.m. you’d jump at the chance for a jog, a trip to the park, or even a nice drive that lets you feel the wind through your ears.
But your owner came home bone tired. She could really use a treat.
Walk her over to the new Cocojor Emporium and Spaw on Kapiolani Boulevard.
Owner Monica Shigenaga is well known for her aloha-style pet apparel. Now she’s offering her eco-friendly pet shampoos, organic treats, and treatments all in one spot. Nip into a doggie cocktail made of home-baked pineapple, sweet potato, and lamb mini bones topped with a carob, peanut butter and yogurt cup. You’ll get into a real lather with the bar of Cocojor’s own organic shampoos in plumeria, sakura, and other scents. Or sit and stay for Cocojor’s special minicle micro bubble treatment to deep clean your skin, a pawdicure to release toxins, mud body mask, or deep massage.
Your owner can get in on the action. Side-by-side dog and human massage tables means she’ll have time to indulge in a healing massage and detox scrub with Himalayan salt and yogurt for purification, Hawaiian coffee grinds for increased circulation, tumeric and ginger to relieve aches, or other custom blends. When she’s done, you can stay for playtime while she makes a run to nearby shops.
Meaning total relaxation is just within leash.
Good girls.
