Sip-Wrecked

Lei Chic Your three-hour tour turned into an unfortunate situation involving you, a crew, an island and a serious lack of a functional boat. Your options are:

a) Freak out.
b) Build a hut out of bamboo while freaking out.
c) Make cocktails, relax and watch everyone else freak out.

(Hint, choose C). And mix yourself a tasty summer cocktail with this recipe, courtesy of Kyle Reutner, one of Honolulu’s hippest bartenders and co-owner of Imbibe Hawaii, a new local cocktail consulting and bar catering company. Packed with tropical-inspired ingredients, it’s the perfect antidote to feeling stranded by the island heat.

Plus it’s way easier than making a radio out of a coconut.
