“We like to change our banner with some sort of saying throughout the year to hopefully put a smile on someone’s face, but this one stuck a lot longer. Happiness is something I began thinking about many, many years ago, working crazy hours, when someone told me about a quote from Sydney Banks about happiness and sadness. As a chef I treasure the moments of being able to create memorable experiences through our food. Sometimes we fall short but we always strive to have our guests leave happy. So one day when we were thinking about the next banner—with so much mental health issues out there it made sense to share a thought-provoking banner that hopefully gets you thinking that you yourself can find happiness by changing your thought.” — Roy Yamaguchi
