Renovated Condo in Waikiki

Two bedroom, one-and-a-half bath, a reserved covered parking stall in Waikiki, and it’s renovated? When I found out about this condo in the Marina Tower on Ala Wai Boulevard I had to have a further look. The building was built in 1967, but the unit was extensively renovated 2011.

The 1,000 square feet of living space is quite large by Waikiki standards. The kitchen has been fully renovated with granite countertop and backsplash and stainless steel appliances. There is even a dishwasher built in for ultimate convenience, especially after a dinner party when the last thing you want to do is hand wash the dishes!
