As The Pineapple Room puts it –

The word ‘Restaurant’ is derived from its French origin of the word, ‘Restaurer’, meaning to ‘restore’ – to bring back to existence, to a state of health, soundness and vigor. It is at the core of every cook, wait staff, and every member of our team, to inspire wellness, nourish the soul, and create energy – to bring life to our food, the stories we share, and the care you receive. That is our daily purpose.

After 10 years, The Pineapple Room by Alan Wong will also experience its own restoration, with hints of plantation elegance reflected in a newly refreshed décor.

Everyone is welcome in joining in the celebration as the restaurant reconnects the past to the future: remembering our roots, reinventing its menu from what the land and sea gives to us, and introducing a ‘new’ experience.
