Hawaii Plantation Days at Hoku’s is your chance to join Executive Chef Wayne Hirabayashi at his very own special chef’s table with a five-course menu paired with wines. This special menu and opportunity is offered Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. A maximum of 12 spaces are available.
