Located at Mokulua Drive in Lanikai, the oceanfront estate is situated on a 20,079-square-foot parcel with direct views of the Mokulua Islands. It has three bedrooms and a den in the main house, a two-bedroom cottage, pool pavilion, and a gym/yoga room.
The estate offers sophistication and sleek upgrades for today’s lifestyle including polished concrete floors, Euro cabinetry and vaulted 17-foot ceilings. While it’s hard to determine exactly how many Ossipoff-designed homes remain today, it’s estimated he had a hand in 1,000 buildings in Hawai‘i, including the famed Liljestrand House on Tantalus, the Punahou Chapel and the IBM Building.
