P.F. Chang’s Celebrates Chinese New Year with a Special Limited-Time-Only Menu

Taking place on Feb. 5 this year, Chinese New Year marks the start of the new lunar calendar. P.F. Chang’s welcomes the year of the pig with an exclusive menu featuring special dishes available for a limited time only. From Jan. 25 through Feb. 11, celebrate Chinese New Year with an exclusive Asian-inspired menu, featuring:
Crispy Avocado Rolls – Avocado, water chestnut, edamame and garlic rolled and deep-fried into a crispy wrapper, served with sweet honey sauce
Shaking Beef – Tender flank steak, thinly sliced bell pepper, heirloom tomato and onion served on steak fries
Salt and Pepper Prawns – Salt-and-pepper-tossed prawns, black beans and chili pods on top of garlic noodles
Asian Churri Steak and Prawns – 12-ounce New York strip, thinly sliced and served with crisp prawns and P.F. Chang’s Asian chimichurri sauce

Diners can also enjoy two specialty cocktails during the promotion: the Lucky VS, featuring Hennessy VS cognac, Cointreau orange liqueur, lemon juice and a raw sugar rim, and the Red Lotus, a refreshing medley of Deep Eddy grapefruit vodka, St. Germaine liqueur, blood orange purée and prosecco.
Plus, celebrate Chinese New Year on Feb. 5 at the Royal Hawaiian Center with a lineup of festivities— including Chinese calligraphy by Ina Chang, a special appearance by Miss Chinatown 2019 and her court, a lion dance by Lung Kong Physical Cultural Club and a fireworks finale—to bring good fortune and prosperity in 2019.
