"Oregon" Dinner at Tango
Chef Goran Streng will feature the wines of and a menu inspired by Oregon at Tango Contemporary Cafe’s next "Third Tuesday at Tango" wine dinner.

The wines of Sokol Blosser Winery in Dundee, Oregon will be featured alongside three of the four courses prepared for this special dinner.
The dinner takes place Tuesday, November 16th, starting at 5:30 p.m.
Here’s what is currently scheduled to be on the menu:
First course
Warm Applewood Smoked Salmon
Morel Wild Mushroom Ragout, Micro Greens
Paired with Evolution, Sokol Blosser, Dundee Oregon
Second course
Cedar Plank Roasted Tenderloin of Beef, Truffle Jus
Rösti Potato, Grilled Baby Leeks
Nalo Farms Chioggia Beets
Paired with Meditrina (6), Sokol Blosser, Dundee Oregon
Third course
Tillamook Cheddar, Herb Focaccia
Paired with Pinot Noir, Sokol Blosser, Dundee Oregon
Dessert course
Coconut Panna Cotta with Peach Compote
Paired with Dessert Wine (TBA)
The four-course menu, with the wine pairings is available for $52 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
