Open house pick of the week: Wilhelmina Rise

Wilhelmina Rise continues to be a very desirable neighborhood for various demographics and lifestyles—and why not? It's close to Kahala Mall, Diamond Head, Waikiki, UH and the very eclectic Kaimuki area.

Outside, there's a terraced garden with citrus trees in the back, which is a nice touch and typical of such older neighborhoods. The current owners are probably only the second family to live there; this area doesn't get a lot of transition, if at all.
