When I think of Central Oahu, I usually envision flat plains with cookie-cutter neighborhoods reminiscent of mainland suburbia. This new listing in Waipio, however, is unlike that perception, which may be why it’s the only unit available in the complex.

Evergreen Terrace is located near Mililani Tech Park, so as you get off the freeway, you’re suddenly greeted by a huge forest, as if you’re being propelled into a different part of Hawaii.
