Open House Pick of the Week: An Oceanfront Home in Turtle Bay

I’m not clear if this week’s open-house pick was specifically a rental to celebrities, but the Ocean Villas in general has been known as a vacation spot for stars inlcuding Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder, Lindsay Lohan and Tim Robbins. Perhaps they found it via the various television shows and movies filmed there, like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Lost and Soul Surfer.

Unit 218 has its own appeal, as it is owned by a paniolo with ties to the Anheuser-Busch family and is a cranberry producer for Ocean Spray. The unit is located in Building G, which is separate from the other buildings surrounding the pool and offers maximum privacy.

The Villas share exclusive amenities including a private pool, Jacuzzi, courtyard, barbecue area and gated parking lot.
