If you’ve dreamed of owning an apartment in Waikiki—and don’t mind buying leasehold—a new listing on the Ala Wai Canal with a $128,000 price tag might interest you.

Parking isn’t included, but the beach is within walking distance and public bus lines are even closer. “It’s perfect for people working in the area,” notes Lewis.
