Executive Chef Colin Hazama has introduced the Fanta-Sea dining series that has gourmands rejoicing. Fanta-Sea showcases locally sourced ingredients from island farmers and producers. The bi-monthly event includes dinner at Azure followed by a tour of the featured farm. Upcoming dinners are October 21 and 22; and December 16 and 17.

Azure Restaurant has earned a strong following because of its stunning dinner menu, artfully prepared by Chef Shaymus Alwin, that features delicacies such as Kona lobster, Kaua‘i prawns, Hokkaido scallops and Hawaii Ranchers beef.

Before or after dinner, patrons visit the Mai Tai Bar, home of the original Mai Tai. With nightly entertainment complementing the sound of the surf, it’s the ideal place to begin or end an evening.

The storied legacy of Surf Lanai (the former Surf Room) also continues to evolve with the recent introduction of the Royal Breakfast Buffet. This daily offering includes “Only at the Royal” signature breakfast items, such as the Pink Palace Pancakes, Kalua Pork Hash and The Royal Loco Moco.
