New Flavors, New Favorites at CPK

California Pizza Kitchen is starting their 2010 by introducing seven new favorites to their menu.

The new additions come on top of new honey-wheat with whole grain crust pizza and multigrain penne pasta options designed to help you further customize your favorite pizzas and pastas.

Here’s a look at the seven new items along with their menu descriptions:

• Baja Fish Tacos
  Two Baja-style tacos with sautéed wild caught Mahi Mahi, fresh shredded cabbage and homemade ranchito sauce. Served with blue & white corn tortilla chips and homemade roasted tomato salsa. Also available with fresh avocado.

• Steak Tacos
  Two Baja-style tacos with grilled steak, fresh shredded cabbage and homemade ranchito sauce. Served with blue & white corn tortilla chips and homemade roasted tomato salsa. Also available with fresh avocado.
   
• Tuscan White Bean Minestrone
  Cannellini beans, tomatoes, zucchini, spinach, onion, celery and Parmesan cheese. Served with homemade garlic-herb croutons on the side.
  
  
• Chicken Club Sandwich
  Chilled-grilled chicken breast with applewood smoked bacon, sliced fresh Roma tomatoes, fresh avocado, shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. Served with your choice of herb onion focaccia or garlic cheese focaccia and your choice of soup, classic Caesar salad or Szechuan slaw.
   
• Albacore Tuna Salad Sandwich
  Our tuna salad with mild onions, celery and mayonnaise, topped with sliced fresh Roma tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Served with your choice of herb onion focaccia or garlic cheese focaccia and your choice of soup, classic Caesar salad or Szechuan slaw.
   
• Cranberry Walnut Chicken Sandwich
  Chilled-grilled chicken breast, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, celery, onions and mayonnaise, topped with sliced fresh Roma tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Served with your choice of herb onion focaccia or garlic cheese focaccia and your choice of soup, classic Caesar salad or Szechuan slaw.

• White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake
  A creamy New York style cheesecake with strawberry swirls, topped with a white chocolate mousse and white chocolate curls, on an Oreo cookie crust. Served with fresh whipped cream.
