Mi Sueno Wine Dinner

HASR Wine Co. will be hosting another Ruth’s Chris Steak House Winemaker Dinner featuring the wines of Mi Sueno Winery on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 6 p.m.

The dinner will take place at Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s Waikiki location.

Presented by Rolando Herrera- owner & winemaker of Mi Sueno Winery, the dinner will feature an opportunity to dine and hang out with the winemaker, learn more about the wines and enjoy a delicious 5-course dinner.

Here’s a look at the menu:

First Course
Bacon Wrapped Scallops – jumbo scallops, specially seasoned and wrapped with bacon
Paired with a 2006 Mi Sueño Chardonnay, Los Carneros

Second Course
Salmon Salad -Misoyaki salmon presented with island mixed greens
Paired with a 2006 Mi Sueño Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

Intermezzo
Lemon Sorbet

Entree
Signature Ruth’s Chris Steak – Ruth’s Filet
Paired with a 2006 Mi Sueño Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Accompaniments
Truffle mashed potatoes and a medley of seasonal vegetables

Finale
Chocolate Truffle Cake served with fresh seasonal berries
