Mariposa Hosts Silver Oak Wine Dinner

From June 14 to 28, Mariposa will be hosting a special couple’s wine dinner promotion featuring wine from Silver Oak Cellars.

Chef Marc Anthony Freiberg has composed an exquisite four course degustation menu (seen below) to pair with this special wine selection.

Included with the prix fixe menu is a bottle (750 ml) of Silver Oak 2005 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 2 etched Silver Oak Wine glasses.

First Course

Escargot & Hamakua Mushroom Stew
gruyere cheese, pancetta, & red wine demi

Second Course

Egg Ravioli
chicken liver pate, brown butter sage, shaved summer truffle

Third Course

Australian Lamb Chop
foie gras, prosciutto, green peppercorn, and strawberry-rhubarb chutney

Fourth Course

Bittersweet Chocolate Pate with blackberry compote

Served with Fresh Brewed Illy Coffee

The Silver Oak dinner is offered for $250 per couple plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and menu is subject to market availability.
