Canada has Justin Trudeau to swoon over, but here, state Rep. Chris Lee (Kailua, Waimānalo) wins our vote for best dressed (and best dimples!). His well-suited style is sharp, yet casual, and his work attire involves pairing a blazer, vest and tie with slim-fitting denims.
